Free Consultation Wedding Planning & On The Day Coordination • Free one hour consultation to discuss your wedding vision, budget and design. • Vendor referral list and suppliers to help narrow down your research. • A timeline to help assist you on the months ahead and what will need to be completed. • Confirming vendors, contracts and confirmed rates • Venue viewing and securing venue. • Unlimited meetings and unlimited communication via phone calls, text messages and emails. • Guest-list management and accommodation finalized for friends and family • Review deposits and contracts • Seating management and floor plan design • Final RSVP s head count • Final review and check list • One hour site visit at ceremony and reception venue (London) • Ceremony rehearsal up to an hour and half • Wedding Programme and vendors itinerary for the day • All vendors to confirm timings of arrival • Full team on the day coordination up to 12 hours (additional hours available with a fee) • Morning calls on the day to Bride, Groom and bridal party. • Check-in with all vendors • Church coordination • Sort out any final payments needed to be given to vendors or suppliers (paid by client) • Guest coordination upon arrival at the reception • Post reception help with cleaning up (contract to be looked at with vendors), check site is to the standard before departure.
