LEVEL 1 COURSE

The course for beginners and those with some experience who want to improve their skills.

The 8 week  DJ Course level 1 is suitable for beginners or those with some experience who want to improve their skills. The level 1 course is spread across eight weeks with one session per week, this gives you plenty of time between sessions to practice either at home or in our studio. Practice time in the studio is included in the course, and there is always a tutor on hand to help and advice.  

Level 1 will really give you the final push you need to stand out in this competitive industry and take your DJing to the next level, we will share our wealth of knowledge and experience with you and students find they get a real confidence boost from the course

DJs completing the 1-month level 1 & 2 courses will get the chance to play at one of my events including our monthly nightclub.

LEVEL 2 COURSE

Already have DJing experience and want to take things to the next level? This is the course for you!

If you already have some experience DJing - but feel like you need to take things to the next level - we look to tailor lessons to your requirements. Whether you need assistance with looping and hot cues or help building sets and record mixes, our tutors can assist you.

 

If you want to step it up from your bedroom using controllers and laptop DJing (Traktor/Serato), and learn to use industry-standard Pioneer CDJs, we welcome you to come for a free introductory session and discuss your goals with a


 

With 8 sessions spread across 4 weeks the 1 month, DJ Course - Level 2 will give you that extra edge and confidence you need to move your DJing career out of the bedroom and into the main room.

 

Level 2 will really give you the final push you need to stand out in this competitive industry and take your DJing to the next level, we will share our wealth of knowledge and experience with you and students find they get a real confidence boost from the course.

 

During the course, we will also discuss the industry, DJ agencies, and promo mixes. The CI studio is full of the very latest DJing equipment including Pioneer CDJ's, Serato Controllers, Traktor S4 Controllers as well as a range of mixing boards and FX units from Pioneer and Allen & Heath. So during your course, you will experience and learn to use a broad spectrum of DJing equipment.

 

DJs completing the 1-month level 2 course will get the chance to play at a CI event including our monthly club night at The Gallery, Bar Rumba, Club 101, spoons, Tiger Tiger, Lockside lounge and many many more.
